Under the “KOMATSU Stands by You” campaign, our experienced service technicians will inspect and assess the condition of your forklift before it is put back into operation. Customers will also receive an inspection report outlining the condition of the forklift and any recommended repairs or maintenance.
In addition, customers can receive a special discount on spare parts required based on the inspection results, helping reduce repair costs and ensuring that the forklift can return to operation safely and reliably.
